Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made for the FabTailor mobile application ("App") operated by FabTailor ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Free Trial
FabTailor offers a free trial period for new users to explore the App's features. No payment is required during the trial period, and no charges will be applied if you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends.
2. Subscription Plans
After the free trial, you may choose from our available subscription plans (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and provide access to the App for the duration of the selected plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies only to first-time purchases.
- Service unavailability: If the App is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 7 days from the date of initial purchase
- If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- For partial months or unused portions of a subscription (except as stated above)
- For subscription renewals — please cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges
- If you simply changed your mind after the 7-day refund window
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription expires, allowing you to resubscribe and recover your data
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
