Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FabTailor mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by FabTailor ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use FabTailor, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

FabTailor provides a tailoring business management platform that includes:

• Order and measurement management
• Customer records and communication
• Worker (karigar) workflow and task assignment
• Billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Gallery, inventory, and expense management
• Business reports and analytics

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing your tailoring or boutique business. You shall not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

3. Subscription and Payments

FabTailor offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Easebuzz).

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notification.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer information, orders, measurements, images, and financial records. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your data through encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. Each organization's data is logically separated through our multi-tenant architecture. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that violates third-party rights
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience unforeseen outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabTailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The FabTailor name, logo, and all related trademarks, software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of FabTailor. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp, cloud storage). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
